What makes One Talk better than other VoIP systems
Calls on every device
Each user can take and switch calls between their desk phone, cellphone, laptop, tablet or desktop.
Stay up during outages
When your fiber line goes down, you can still take calls on your cellphone, regardless of your cell provider.
LTE desk phones
LTE-enabled desk phones allow fast deployment without running any cables.
Moving made easy
Moving? No worries. Unplug your phones at the old location and plug them in at the new one.
Hybrid offices
Office, home and field employees share a single call tree and can pass calls to each other.

What you need to know
One Talk desk phones
One Talk requires Verizon-certified desk phones, with modern features like touchscreens, Bluetooth, eSIM and ethernet. Wired and wireless headsets are also available.
Keep your existing number
Use your existing business number, mobile or landline, as your One Talk number. Some Verizon mobile and toll-free numbers have restrictions, and our team will guide you through porting.
Network requirements
Desk phones connect to your router by ethernet, not phone jacks. With one ethernet drop, the phone’s dual ports (Internet + PC) can share it. Phones can also connect over Wi-Fi.
How the sale works
Pre-sale
- 1A virtual call to whiteboard your call tree and list every phone number porting in.
- 2We find the right phone for your business and discuss purchase options.
- 3A quote is sent to the customer based on the whiteboarding and phone selection.
- 4Once the customer approves the quote, your trusted Verizon rep places the order.
Post-sale
- 1The port date is usually 14 days from the day the customer approves the order.
- 2We send point-of-contact authorization instructions so we can make changes on your behalf.
- 3A virtual installation and portal training meeting is set 2–3 business days after the order is placed.
- 4The customer confirms everything works as expected and the ticket is closed.
- 5We stay with you for one more year at no cost. Contact us with any changes and we’ll make them for you.
