One Talk Desk Phones

One Talk requires Verizon-certified desk phones. These include modern features like touchscreens, Bluetooth, eSIM, and ethernet connectivity. Accessories such as wired and wireless headsets are also available

Using Your Existing Number

You can use your existing business number (mobile or landline) as your One Talk number. There are a few restrictions for certain Verizon mobile numbers and toll-free numbers, but our team at We Get Wireless will guide you through the porting process

Network Requirements

One Talk desk phones connect through your router via an ethernet connection, not traditional phone jacks. If you have only one ethernet connection available, the phone’s dual ports (Internet + PC) can share the same connection. If none of the options are available, phones can also be connected through WIFI.

Pre sale

  • Virtual call to whiteboard your call tree and list all the phone numbers porting in

  • We will also find the perfect phone that fits your business needs and discuss purchase options

  • A Quote will be sent out to the customer based on the white boarding and phone selection

  • Once customer approves the quote an order will be placed by your trusted Verizon rep

Post Sale

  • Port date is usually 14 days from the day the order is approved by the customer

  • We Get Wireless team will provide the customer with instructions for point of contact authorization so we can make changes on your behalf

  • A virtual installation and portal training meeting is set 2-3 business days from the day the order is placed

  • Customer will confirm everything is working as expected and ticket will be closed

  • If you have any further questions We Get Wireless team is still with you at no charge for 1 more year at no cost

  • You can contact us with changes you need to make and we can make them for you post sale
