We Get Wireless LLC is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. We strive to ensure your order arrives accurately and in perfect condition. If a return becomes necessary, we offer a 30-day return window on select products, as permitted by our vendor partners.

Return Process
To open a Equipment return request, please complete our Return Request Form or email the Returns department directly at info@wegetwireless.com
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed within 3 business days.
Requests without valid contact information will not be processed.
Return Policy Overview
1. Defective Products
Defective products may be returned within 15 days of the invoice date.
We Get Wireless LLC may offer a credit, replacement, exchange, or repair.
After 15 days, only the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
Customers must inspect products for defects during this 15-day period.
2. Non-Defective Products
Returns must be approved by We Get Wireless LLC and requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
A minimum 15% restocking fee applies.
Only credit or exchange is available for approved returns.
Products must be returned within 5 business days of RMA issuance.
3. Buyer’s Remorse
Returns due to buyer’s remorse are accepted for review within 30 days of purchase.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
Return Restrictions
The following items cannot be returned:
Services, labor, or software license fees.
Custom orders (e.g., orders over $200, large quantity purchases, out-of-stock items, financed purchases).
Products explicitly labeled as non-returnable at the time of sale.
Some products are only eligible for support directly from the manufacturer. These cannot be returned to We Get Wireless LLC under any circumstances.
Return Requirements
The return must include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories. Incomplete returns will be rejected or incur additional charges.
We Get Wireless LLC may apply a minimum 15% restocking fee for accepted returns.
Devices found fully functional upon return (i.e., no defect found) will be returned to the customer, and shipping charges will apply.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We Get Wireless LLC covers shipping for approved replacements or exchanges, using Ground shipping.
We Get Wireless LLC will provide prepaid labels only for authorized returns.
Any upgraded shipping must be requested and paid for by the customer.
Insurance is highly recommended when returning items. We Get Wireless LLC is not liable for damage or loss during return transit.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged package:
Refuse delivery, if possible.
If accepted, note the damage on the delivery record.
Retain all original packaging and contact We Get Wireless LLC within 15 days for inspection and replacement arrangements.
Failure to report damage within 15 days implies acceptance of the product in its delivered condition.
Replacements & Credits
A-Stock Devices: Eligible for replacement within 180 days of sale.
UD-Stock Devices: Eligible for replacement within 90 days of sale.
Replacements are shipped after the defective unit is returned or upon receipt of proof of shipment.
If urgent, a replacement can be sent as a new purchase with a refund issued after return validation.
Credits issued must be used within 1 year of issuance and can only be applied to future purchases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We Get Wireless LLC is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost packages must be reported within 15 days of shipment.
If the carrier confirms the loss, We Get Wireless LLC will reship the order.
Additional shipping charges due to customer errors are not covered by Get Wireless LLC.

Except as provided in formal agreements or where prohibited by law, We Get Wireless LLC makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of service performance or product suitability.
